At GetRapid.in, we are committed to delivering your electronics and other products quickly, safely, and reliably.


Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 12 – 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (such as festive sales or promotional events), processing may take up to 3 business days.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery

    • Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Delivery

    • Available in select metro cities

    • Delivery Time: 1 – 2 business days

    • Same/Next-Day Delivery option for eligible locations

    • Additional charges apply*


Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver to Nagpur India Only.

  • To confirm delivery availability, enter your pin code during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Email with shipment details


Delivery Process

  • Successful Delivery

    • Delivery attempted during standard business hours

    • Valid ID may be required for high-value orders

    • Ensure someone is available to receive the package

  • Failed Delivery Attempts

    • Up to 2 attempts will be made

    • Our team will contact you for rescheduling

    • Package will be held at the nearest facility for 7 days before being returned to us


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • You will need to order with Cash on delivery and visit the nearby store to receive the product.

  • Our team will contact you to provide the store address.

  • Credit card/Debit card Swipe charger will apply according to store*

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we are only Shipping in Nagpur Maharashtra Only

  • Certain remote or rural areas may have longer delivery timelines

  • Complete and accurate address with pin code and landmark is mandatory

Delivery timelines may be affected due to:

  • Transport strikes

  • Peak festive seasons

  • Remote location challenges

Packaging

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

  • Fragile electronics and accessories receive extra protective packaging


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or tampered:

  1. Only Open-box delivery will be provided.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the packaging and product if it will Damage.

  3. We will arrange an immediate replacement

  4. In case the customer declines open-box delivery, the company will not be liable for damages or tampering discovered afterward.
