1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only within same time of the delivery.

• If product will damaged while the delivery.

• Products showing signs of damage, tampering, or physical breakage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return.

2. Replacement & Warranty

• 7 Days Replacement Warranty (Brand Service Centre):
  If you face any issue with your purchased product within 7 days of delivery, you may visit the respective Brand Service Centre for inspection and replacement eligibility.

• Manufacturer Warranty:
  After the 7-day replacement period, all warranty claims will be handled as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy.

• Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, liquid damage, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized repair, or physical breakage.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

• Products without original packaging, invoice, or accessories.

• Items damaged due to improper use or negligence.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only if a product is found defective, damaged, or not as described, and replacement is not possible.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after product inspection and approval.

• In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Exchanges and replacements will be delivered within 1-2 business working days

2. Share your order details, reason for return, and product images/video for verification.

3. Once approved, you will be guided on the return or service centre visit process.

4. After verification, replacement/refund will be initiated as per the policy.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for safe packaging and return of the product (unless pickup is arranged).

• All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NAGPUR-MAHARASHTRA.
